Does this scream 1970s or what?

So here's a picture of Maddie wearing a sweater vest that was mine as a child (considering it's blue, maybe it was my brother's but the style is more for a girl so who knows). Anyway this is one of a few pieces of clothing of mine that my mom had saved and David found in a box of stuff that had come from our parents house. There's one other outfit that I think will fit her but the other two things I think are more 6-month size. Even this sweater seems a bit small (maybe 9 month size). I'm fairly certain my maternal grandmother probably made it.
