Family outing

This afternoon we went to Hastings to visit my Dad's former girlfriend, Marge, and her family. We haven't seen most of them since the babies were 3 months old, so it was a long-overdue visit. The kids were reserved for the first 30-45 minutes, then Lois took them to the park (and Maddie scared the crap out of Lois by going down the big slide without a moment's hesitation!). They came back suddenly "warmed up" to the strangers and by the end they were jumping all over Marge's son Dan. It was wonderful.
