Teen drivers stats

I've got another story in today's Pioneer Press looking at statistics on teen drivers in fatal crashes. The story is a fairly "quick-hit" kind of piece in reaction to controversy over the stats used by legislators -- and the Strib -- in talking about a proposal in the Legislature to adopt graduated licensing requirements.
