Labor Day weekend

This weekend I transplanted a few more of the hostas from my home yard to the new garden at the cabin. It's starting to look a bit better. We still need wood chips and rocks for the walkway, but that's going to have to wait til next spring.



We also power-washed the wood decking around the cabin, which hadn't been cleaned in many years. It went from being a grayish-brown to looking brand-new! We're going to finish and seal it either today or next weekend.






The stairs and rock wall (where we take all our family pictures) also got a cleaning and look really impressive.
