4-month doctor visit

Ben and Maddie had their 4-month doctor visit today, which included another round of immunizations. They've pretty much slept all afternoon as a result.

The doctor was very pleased with how they're doing. Only minor stuff -- like a patch of eczema on Ben's leg -- to deal with. She suggested we start giving them rice cereal since we have quit breastfeeding and we're past 4 months. So we're going to do that in the next couple of days.

Here are the stats:
Ben weighed 13 pounds, 11 ounces. That puts him in the 24th percentile. He was 24 inches long (16th percentile).

Maddie weighed 13 pounds, 13 ounces (yes, bigger than Ben!!). That puts her in the 54th percentile. She was also 24 inches long (39th percentile).
